Introduction to bodybuilding

Bodybuilding is a type of a game when you modify your body into a specific shape. Your body looks  into several cuts which can be seen in the pictures given below.
The persons who perform this activity are called body builders. Often a competition is held in which body builders shows their body cuts to the panel of judges who gave the points by looking their cuts.

Well-known bodybuilders include Charles Atles,Steve Revees,Reg ,Arnold Schwarzeneger and Lou Ferrigno.Currently holds the title of Mr. Olympia is Jay Cutler .
