History of Bodybuilding

If we talk about the body building then we will came to know that it was not started before the 19th century when it was created by Eugen Sandow which was related to the Purssia. He is now called the "father of body building".The "muscle display performances" were also introduced by him hence it is now considered  the most amazing and enjoyable game. While viewers are excited to see a well developed physique, those people just show their bodies as part of the demonstration or control the content matches. Sandow was a scene built around these displays through his manager, Florenz Ziegfeld. In the Oscar-winning 1936 musical film The Great Ziegfeld, this represents the beginning of modern bodybuilding when Sandow began to display his body for the carnival.Whereas,
The role of Sandow was played by actor Nat Pendleton.
And was a great film of that time giving a lot of new ideas to the world of body building.

Sandow became most popular at that time a also got a well looking and unique physique.after getting fame He got very businesses due to her name and was among the first to market products branded with his name alone. He was credited with inventing and selling the first exercise equipment for the masses and even his image was sold by the thousands in "cabinet cards and other prints.
In short He was the only man at that time which you can a builder. He also was a great actor and keep talking part in the up coming movies.I will feel happy to say that bodybuilding makes you a beautiful and real man.And there is no doubt in it.
