Body building by Athletes

Body building became more popular in the athletes also .They also started it on the regular basis and soon it
integral part of their exercise.This also provide a lot of help to them in their game a gave them a good stamina
and also provide them a good physique to their body. 
At that time Body building saw a rise rise of anabolic steroids used both in bodybuilding and many other sports. In bodybuilding lore, this is partly due to the emergence of "mass monsters, starting with Arnold Schwarzenegger, but including Franco Columbu, Lou Ferrigno, Dorian Yates, Lee Haney, Ronnie Coleman and Paul DeMayo, as well as the emergence of athletes Rich Gaspari and Andreas Munzer, who defied their genetics to achieve the size and hardness previously unseen. To combat this, and hoping to become a member of the IOC, the IFBB introduced doping tests for steroids and other banned substances.

The dope tests were also conducted at that time and many athletes caught of using the prohibited medicines.And every body knows that this issue of eating prohibited medicines can also be seen in these days when some athletes used this medicines.   
And also  In 1970's the use of anabolic steroids was openly discussed partly due to the fact that they are legitimate.
Therefore to get control over it the U.S. Congress in anabolic steroid Control Act of 1990 placed anabolic steroids into Schedule III controlled substance act (CSA). Similarly, in Canada, steroids were added to the Criminal Code of Canada as a Class IV controlled substance.
